Directions
- To make the banana milk blend 2 ripe bananas with the milk of choice. set it aside.
- In a medium-sized pan, bring water to a boil then add in rolled oats and let it boil on low for 2 minutes.
- Add the banana milk, chia seeds, honey and cinnamon powder and cook on low heat for 3 minutes stirring frequently.
- Serve warm with fruit of choice, nuts, seeds or fruit syrup while warm.
